Our Challenge
The greatest challenge facing employers in Alberta for the foreseeable future will be the retention of employees within the organization to achieve corporate objectives. There will not be enough in the pool of potential employees for all organizations to achieve their goals. Those employers who can retain employees within their organization will have a significant advantage over organizations less able to do so. Organizations who are not able to retain employees will need to modify their objectives accordingly and some of these organizations will fail as a result of losing employees.
DS Consulting is a company that has assembled the consulting talent to partner with organizations to address this issue. The solutions may be complex and will vary among organizations. Needs which would be considered include:

- Health: The health of the organization and its employees and families is now recognized as a critical factor in productivity as well as retention of employees.
