Our Challenge

The greatest challenge facing employers in Alberta for the foreseeable future will be the retention of employees within the organization to achieve corporate objectives. There will not be enough in the pool of potential employees for all organizations to achieve their goals. Those employers who can retain employees within their organization will have a significant advantage over organizations less able to do so. Organizations who are not able to retain employees will need to modify their objectives accordingly and some of these organizations will fail as a result of losing employees.
